• Customer account data: customer identifier and display name used to route alerts.
• Invite/access data: invite or login tokens used to connect the app to your customer context.
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting us.

2.2 Notification and Service Data

• Push subscription data: device push tokens (including FCM tokens) and web push subscription endpoints.
• Alert data: alert title/body, source identifier, alert URL, and timestamped alert history.
• Preference data: channel subscription choices and snooze settings.

2.3 Technical and Log Data

• Request metadata: IP address, user-agent, request path, status code, and latency collected by our API logs.
• Request payload data: some API request bodies are logged for operational troubleshooting and security monitoring.
• Web cookies: a customer-selection cookie may be set for the web experience to remember your selected customer context.

• Deliver push notifications and alerts.
• Route data to the correct customer context and maintain app sign-in flows.
• Provide alert history, channel subscription controls, and snooze features.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in these cases:

• Service providers: providers used to operate the Services, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery and error-monitoring infrastructure.
• Legal and safety: when required by law or necessary to protect rights, users, and service integrity.
• Business transfer: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for operational, security, and legal purposes.

• Push tokens and web subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, the token becomes invalid, or we remove stale records.
• Alert history and related operational records are retained according to service needs and legal requirements.
• You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (Section 10), subject to legal exceptions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

• Manage device notifications through your operating system settings.
• Manage channel-level subscriptions and snooze controls in the app.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us (subject to applicable law).

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
